The ILO Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) Programme, in collaboration with the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), conducted the third and final edition of its Multi-Stakeholder Workshop on Labour Migration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The workshop brought together government representatives, civil society organisations, trade unions, employers’ associations and migrant groups. Its objective was to enhance participants’ capacity to use a rights-based approach to close persistent protection and governance gaps affecting migrant workers.

This final workshop marked the culmination of a series of BRMM-supported capacity-building initiatives designed to improve policy coherence and strengthen stakeholder collaboration on labour migration across the region.

By concluding this three-part workshop cycle, the BRMM Programme and ITCILO helped equip national actors with practical tools and a shared language that can support more equitable labour migration governance in the coming years.
